#5 Distributions files should be in directory

Right now, when driconf installs, it puts all of its files (aside from the runtime) into site-packages/ directly. That directory is heavily used on most systems, so it's more considerate to create a single entry there -- a directory named after your package -- and then put all the individual files in that directory. Some packages will also create a .pth file, but that doesn't seem necessary for driconf, as driconf/__init__.py could do all the necessary importing of subfiles.
