hi` is there a reason beyond "nobody has gotten around to add it" that GL_EXT_texture_env_combine isn't implemented for e.g. the Voodoo 5? I am asking because I implemented support for detail textures in the Unreal Tournament OpenGL renderer and had to make use of this extension to get it working (D3DTOP_BLENDDIFFUSEALPHA is what they use for the D3D renderer).
