#181 Apply plugin to selections

Hello wonderful developers!

I use the "watch folders" feature all the time. I also
like to use some of the built in plugins on occasion.
I would like the ability to apply a plugin to all
selected jobs at once.

Something like this:

precondidtion: jobs selected >= 2
click add plugin button
select a plugin and settings
postcondition: each selected job has the selected
plugin and settings applied to it.

Currently when I select multiple jobs and apply a
plugin, the plugin is only applied to the first job
that is selected.

I like to use the delete source plugin... so apply to
selected would be a great time saver when i do large
batches.

This is a minor request, so don't feel obligated to
include it in next releases. I'm sure there are other
features that will have a greater impact on the
encoding community!
