#117 No test for writablity of output location
If you have the preference of "Encode all files to -
Input Directlory" set, then open a file from a
read-only media (cd-rom, dvd-rom, etc.) It will run
through the whole encode process then die at the end.
Dr Divx 1.06 would blank the output filename/path if
you were doing this so you knew you had to change the path.

sure the output file is writable (fixes #1419264)
