#8 had trouble installing on WinXP

Thanks for the great little app
Very nifty (:

I had a little trouble installing the built package
after I downloaded it.

I am using Apache on WinXP.
Other applets ran fine, but it said it couldn't locate
drawboard.jar, when I loaded the test page.

I rebuilt it from sources and everything is fine though
- maybe some manifest information was missing? Not sure...

One note on the compiling: I had to comment out line
119 in Alphabet.java.

It was giving this error:
source/Alphabet.java:119: duplicate case label
case '¼': return Z__;
^

I note that the '¼' character printed above is
different from the one in the source file - maybe there
is some unicode mess-up on my system.
