Initial release of DraughtsWorld

Initial release of DraughtsWorld is at last available! It is marked as pre-alpha version 0.7, because it contains most of the desired functionality (especially IPC API and ncurses widgets API). This version is also marked as 'OLD' because totally new version with major redesigns and refactorings is planned. More information on this topic (with some initial schedule) should be available shortly.

Please also note that old version will not be supported, but all suggestions are welcomed.
