1. a breakdown of project tasks (a template list for
milestones, including 'add new').
2. a breakdown of sub-items for each task.
3. current demo does not adequately allow snap shot
monitoring of where a project is at, what's left to
completion.

naming a project does not go far enough for real life
usage. One of the most difficult and time consuming
tasks of running multiple projects is knowing

a. what the customer bought.
b. items necessary to complete contract.
c. estimated completion time per task.
d. actual completion time per task.
e. causes of delays to completion of task.
f. activities that can be completed simulaneously.
g. activities that rely on prior task completion.
h. customer changes to original contract.
i. billable vs. included changes.
