When you play RISK in real life, the attacker trows
the dices 1-3 first, And then the defender can choose
if he should trow 1-2 dices, so I'm wondering if you
can add a option so you see the attackers dices before
you choose how many you should trow as a defender

I believe your comment is false. According to the rules,
both sides indicate how many dice they are throwing and
then throw simaltaneously.

The rules of my risk game says that you have to decide
whether you choose 2 dices or not (as defender) before(!)
the attacker trows his dices.

I think the rules differ from country to country. I played the game as raboo stated it and took a look at the german rules. They suggest the attacker throws before the defender. It is not explicitly said when the number of dices should be picked, but from reading the text I would conclude just before throwing the defending dice(s). Since this is an interesting advantage for the defense, I would be glad to see an option for this.
