#11 start_script.php error

Good day,
I tried to perform the star_script.php but it shows :-
CHECKING FOR UPDATES...  Fatal
error: No need to update. No new RDF dumps at DMOZ.
DMOZ files were last updated . PS: If you are having
trouble with this update - delete/edit the file
lastupdate.data [0

I checked and am sure that the "config.php" is edited
to have the correct username and password, and also
checked MySQL database is created using "create_table.php"

So, I am sure the 1st and 2nd step are performed
correctly. The error comes when I wanted to perform the
"start_script.php". The problem is...there is no
"lastupdate.data" file found!!

Ok, I re-downloaded the script and re-installl it. But
the same error still comes back.

Any help?

you need to run start_script.php in terminal in *nix and in
msdos in windows

documentation reads it well :)
