It's not consistently duplicatable. But I can usually get it to happen if I select "Back to Browse" soon after switching to a different decade than the default.
I think it may be related to having the Timeline JavaScript at MIT rather than locally (or that the JS file is so large?); here's part of the error message that's in the JavaScript dialog box: (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE)
