htmlbook — Write HTML like a book

Description

The program creates a HTML book structure in a specified output directory.

It provides the following features:

  • Page design controlled by templates.
All pages — or groups of pages — in a HTML book use the same style.

  • Navigation buttons.
On the top and bottom of the page there are three, four or five buttons: start page, previous page, next page, table of contents, keyword index.

  • Current position below the navigation buttons.
The section headers of the parent nodes are shown before the current nodes section header.

  • Navigation menu in the right top of the page.
There are several sections: children of the parent node (if any), current node and neighbours, parent node and neighbours, further ancestor nodes and their neighbours.

Manual

See the [htmlbook manual] for the full documentation of the program.
