Himmm. I don't know why this error occurs on your computer. I used VC2005 Express for compiling. Program works on my computer. Probably, it could be about PL locale error. I try to verify that error and than fix it. You can use v0.29 while I fixing problem.

Sorry for lateness. SF not send e-mails about bug reports. It could be about moving SF servers. I realized situation about placio74 send me an email about...

I inspected problem and I found that there is MSVCR90.dll dependency on executable. It's all about evil M$ guys. I recompiled program with MinGW and it looks no dependency to any file. New file will be released with v0.30a.

Now I realized placio74 found problem before me. :)
