DITA-OT 1.5.3 Released

Version 1.5.3 of the DITA Open Toolkit is now available.

As with other releases in the DITA-OT 1.5* series, this point release is based on version 1.2 of the OASIS DITA Standard. The latest point release contains numerous enhancements, patches, and fixes, particularly around plug-in support and PDF output.
