I have one question regarding the default parameters in Dirac. If I dont pass the values of fr,L1_num and L1_sep in the command line parameter while encoding , what is the default value taken by the Dirac ?
If someone can tell me what are the default values for other parameters, that would be really nice.

The default values for these parameters depends on the video preset used to encode the video.
For default frame rates check appendix 'C' in the Dirac specification document at
http://diracvideo.org/download/specification/dirac-spec-latest.pdf
