#2 no action at "Install Dino! Mod for Element Toggling"

When I click on the rectangular button
"Install Dino! Mod for Element Toggling"
using Mozilla nothing happens.
using NS6pr3 nothing happens.
using IE5.5 I see an error message in the bottom LH corner of browser saying "Error on page".
