#26 KYE MousePen i608X mouse supports absolute mode only

The KYE MousePen i608X kernel driver reports mouse coordinates as is: in absolute mode. This makes the mouse hard to use.

The xf86-input-evdev driver, the only suitable for handling it, doesn't support converting mouse absolute coordinates to relative.

This should be fixed. I've had some suggestions from Peter Hutterer as to how to best approach it, which need to be posted here.
