#84 file monitor enhancement

version 2.1.2.274 added file monitoring which warns of changes made to an open file outside of devphp. Please consider adding to this warning message the option to perform the reload immediately -- i.e. Warning..... with "reload" and "ignore" buttons (probably ignore as default). Also, consider adding a reload icon to the file toolbar.

Done. However "Yes" is the default button.

Done. However one must 'View » Edit toolbars » File toolbar'.
