DevIRC is a java based IRC client designed for programmers in mind.
It supports java based plugins which can be reloaded and loaded at runtime.
Almost everything is evented, which also means that scripted commands will be a feature later on.
DevIRC is a cross platform IRC client, which supports currently: Linux, Mac OSX, Windows.

The original version has been remove from VCS but we are rewriting DevIRC so it will be compatible with the original docs.
