#128 Debugging without debug infos

When I have no debug information in a progarm and I
want to debug it, I get a message box telling me, that
there are no debug information and if I want to enable
them and re-compile the program. The problem is, that
you click "Yes" and when you forgot to close the
program, you get an error. Maybe the runnign program
could be forced to be exited, so you don't get an
access error, when Dev-C++ tries to delete the old file.
