#1410 Tested AR code crashes game on DeSmuME

The Action Replay code below causes Pokémon Black 2 (E/U) to crash, both when enabled on boot and when enabled while the game is running. JIT mode is disabled (CPU mode: Interpreter). This is the exact crash I get:

ARM9: Undefined instruction: 0x1C286E21 (110000100010) PC=0x01FC8048

I built this AR code myself, its purpose is to patch out https:// strings in memory so as to allow the game to connect to custom Wi-Fi Connection servers such as AltWFC. I have personally tested the code on my Nintendo 3DS (latest FW) with my Action Replay DSi and my copy of Pokémon Black 2, and it works fine. I've also tested it with a SuperCard DSTWO flashcard and No$gba 2.7b debug version with a ROM that's missing some DSi header data but is otherwise clean. DeSmuME seems to be the only place where it gives problems. The code can be found below:
