I'm unable to install the sql server extension (using sid://mindtouch.com/std/2008/06/microsoft.sqlserver).
On the wiki page there's a comment saying it requires enterprise edition, but on the same page it says: "License: Standard/Enterprise"
So it should work? The mindtouch.sqlserver.dll is located in the api\bin\services\ directory like the others.

Edit: My bad, I confused "Standard" and "Free/OpenSource" licensing. You can delete this thread.
