#942 0006007: Customize section in CP displays incorrectly under Opera 9.64

Do the following:
- Login to system as administrator;
- Go to Control panel | Customize;

In result you can see, that all subsections of ?Customize? section displays as single string. This is incorrect and specified only for Opera.
