Please add support for Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP
Expert (CX23881 chipset).

The hardware is detected by DScaler 4.1.8 like this:
Video Decoder: CX2388x, Vendor ID: 14F1, Auto Detect
ID: 6611107D, Device ID: 8800

However, it does not autodetects the card, nor the
tuner.

I managed to make it work somehow (only image, no
sound) by manually selecting the chipset and tuner, like
this:
Card: Conexant CX23880 TV/FM EVK (PAL)
Tuner: Philips FQ1216ME MK3 [PAL/SECAM multi]

I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but I may add that the
tuner on my card is a Philips FM1216ME/1 H3 LR6611. The
main IC is CX23881-19 and other chips are as following:
    APA2308, HC40530, HEF4052BT, EM78P156ELM.

I also was wondering if is there is any way to receive FM
    below 88MHz.
Is this "hardwired" in the PLL frequency synthesis module,
requires another tuner/chipset model (like the ones made for
Japan - 76-108MHz), or is it possible to drive the actual tuner
with DScaler to make use of an extended range of
    frequencies?
I live in Romania and some of the stations still broadcasts in
    the old (OIRT, 66-74MHz) band.
