#432 Mute problem

If Dscaler is closed with muted sound it will be unmuted after restart. This probably is a problem only with hardware mute. Steps to reproduce:
- open dscaler
- disable mixer
- mute - if hardware supports it sound is now muted
- close dscaler - still no sound
- open dscaler - now gui shows that mute is on, but actually sound is not muted
- close dscaler - after dscaler is closed sound still can be heard

Now in order to mute dscaler must be started, unmuted in gui (sound before and after unmute will be on), and closed (or muted - ater unmute after restart everything is ok because dscaler and hardware agree about mute state).
