Speech and Debate Timekeeper is a multi-platform timer for speech and debate competitions. It keeps track of speech order, time limits, and prep time for various debate formats (e.g., Policy, Lincoln-Douglas, Parliamentary, Public Forum, Karl Popper, Worlds, etc.) and individual events. It gives visual and spoken time signals at user defined intervals. It is written in Java and uses SuperWaba.
