#8 Allow border traversal only in subset of border line

The delay trick o solve the annoying "missed!" problem is nice, but it is still possible to miss, and this delay is sometimes annoying in itself. It would be nice if it were possible to employ a different trick: to allow movement of the mouse from one monitor to the other only through a narrow "opening" of pixels to be configured in the GUI. For example, I would choose the bottom left ~30 pixels as the "opening", This is far from scrollbars and the [X] button of Windows.
