#101 Create Journal - NullException

I can't seem to find a way to create a journal without running into errors.

Typically, I used IICalendar.Create< Journal >() and I got a NullException thrown at me. I ran into this problem for version 1.0.1.490 and the most recent version 1.0.2.575. I know for certain that this is a bug since I can create a Todo and Event using the same method and it works fine.

P.S. Again, thanks for sharing the great class library.
