DCCSS 0.6.0 released

The new DCCSS 0.6.0 version has been released.
This version inludes many improvement specially in the reporting side e.g. Taskforce reports, and workorder sheets.
GIS processing functionality was added to the administrator functionalities, This function allows the user to process the GIS data based on pre-designed alogarithms.
