Hello,
Some Subscriptions are deleted by thier own after they
are beenig added to the deliverypoint,
Even that the Dataentry team is make sure that it is
submited and saved by checking the deliverypoint page
by number and see the subscription in it, sometimes the
subscription is deleted and can't be seen later.

Hi,
1- When these data were entered??
2-Who entered this data??
3- How do you know that this data was removed??
Samer,
** Please note that the data which was entered by Hassan,
and Ibrahim when I was updating the system, and even that I
told them to stop because I stopped tha Apache is lost. and
I told them about it in that time, and I have asked them to
re-enter these forms.
** Please take a backup of the database, and ask them
(Hasan, and Ibrahim) to enter the CSS data for one day, and
after that ask them to check what they have entered or ask
samer to check this. But in the same day please.
** Please ask them to be sure when the submit the
subscriber, or deliverypoint information that they have a
success message, and if they have received any message. they
should make a screen shot. and send it to me.

I assume that this is on the production system.
What is the exact DCCSS version installed?
What are the necessary steps to reproduce the problem?
Are all necessary sequences in place with the correct grants
(see
recent commits).
What is the magnitude of the problem (percentage of records
that are
lost?)
Are there any error messages (on screen, server log files).
If yes, please post.

All the DCCSS dataentry team complained that some of the
information that they are inserting is just disappared after
some minutes of inserting it, even that they are having the
success message and even more they go to deliverypoint and
chech that the subscription infromation was added and after
some minutes when they check the deliverypoint they see some
of the inserted subscription have disappared.
and this was more than once.
This happened on 15/11/2005.

This might very well be related to bug #1350015.
Please provide the information I requested ASAP.

Maher doesn't feel responsible for this issue.
However, he has some ideas what the problem might be.
I would like to see them here.
Again: Please provide the basic information for reproducing
the problem (details about the installation).

Steffen, I think you can not judge if I do not feel
resposnible or not.I am commenting on this every day, and
waiting for Samer's response (Not blaming samer).
Even yesterday I called him and asked him on what is the
process that they are following.
Samer can not reply directly because there is no phone
line.
I asked him to make the data entry sure that they are
having a successful message and check it in the list. and
make sure that they are clicking on the Add subscriber
link to be sure that every thing is entered and to remove
the idea that they are updating the same record.
**** The DCCSS version installed on the DCCSS server is
the CVS version dated by 10th of November 2005.

Acctually it was just like what Maher said
I followed Maher's instructions and it appears that the
users after submiting and saving the subscription, they
start to fill the empty form directly, I told them to either
clicking add new supscriton button or to go to the
deliverypoint again and then add the new subscription.
The empty form that appears after saving the subscription
information and having the success message seems to be a
little bit confusing for the users.

No solution for this problem yet?
Nothing that can be improved in the user interface
to make things easier for the users?
