Ive downloaded the 0.181 sources (not the latest, but arne hasnt released anything since) and I might publish slightly polished releases here.

A plugin for the java dc-hub at http://www.lwave.ca/DCHub. Implements +time, +ban and +banned. Pretty simple for now, will extend this. Nice for everyone wanting to see an example for a dchub plugin.

CVS is up and running.

Ive uploaded a design document, well see when its visible.

I will prepare the cvs soon.
