Very simply converter between dbf and csv. You don't need any database engine.

Utterly failed, outputting a file with a csv extension but nothing but gibberish inside.

This works 100%. Place the DBF files inside the EXE's folder, and simply launch it (using the command prompt for a better experience). Thanks a lot, saved a few hours.

Crashes here: Unhandled exception at 0x76F20888 (ntdll.dll) in dbf2csv.exe: 0xC0000025: Windows cannot continue from this exception. Cool concept, though (Win 7, 32 bit)
