#22 Resupply

I remember playing GATO back in the day and remember there being somthing known as a 'Milk cow' which was a U boat resupply ship. Unless i am not figuring out somthing correctly once the torpedoes are gone thats it. I also think the time delay between torpedo load should be decreased by 25% to make the game more playable/attractive to newcomers.

I enjoyed this sim so much I wrote a short write up on my blog which a\has been visited a few times already.
