#122 Eclipse Help not quite right

The help in the Eclipse IDE isn’t quite right about the compiler properties in the settings (and the compiler properties in the tool itself don’t include use before declaration which perhaps they should- in which case I think the wording about it in the help is possibly the wrong way round?)
