#11 REST gateway redesign

Though the Avatar service mostly covers what a REST gateway would do, it is important that we complete the concept, rename and package it accordingly. We also need to incorporate stateless security with and without certificates. We need to create a servlet based version that can be incorporated into an existing web server. We need to incorporate this into the SPINE remote framework so that remote service calls can be made by this method.
