first of all, my congratulations for the project.

Then I have this answer:

Is it possible to setup the path where admin start to
show folder to assign the home directory to every user?

For example, I have a user that I have to assign to the
folder "/mark"

My path is

/usr/local/etc/www/vhost/domainname1/users/mark

when I open cwfm in admin mode, it let me choose the
folder for the new user, starting from / folder

so the admin of domain 1 can potentially see also the
content of domain2, domain3....

is there (I suppose yes, but don't know how) the
possibility to make the system start to show from

/usr/local/etc/www/vhost/domainname1/

path?
