#10 CQPweb: support for pre-indexed corpora
(a) alter the "new corpus" function to allow mySQL info on annotation / the settings.inc.php file to be created for an already-existing CWB corpus, ie same as now but not doing any indexing
(b) think of some way for the registry / data locations to be re-set on a corpus-by-corpus basis.
[probably easiest if defaults.inc.php overwrites the config.inc.php variable if a **different** variable has been set in settings.inc.php]
There will also need to be some kind of variable set in the database about this so that the "delete corpus" function only deletes the CQPweb bits, NOT the underlying pre-indexed corpus.
