#250 Navigate-able folder history (aka Back/Forward buttons)

I often find myself switching back and forth between
one or more folders of my sandbox. Lacking the ability
to open each folder in its own window (as I understand
MacCvs is capable of doing), it would be great if there
was at least a navigate-able history of visited folders
ŕ la Windows Explorer's Back and Forward buttons (and
their respective context menus) that I could use to
jump directly to the desired folder instead of having
to scroll and scan the tree each time.
