When you move the log window from the bottom to the
left side and close WinCVS, when you start up again,
the position has not been remembered (and sometimes
makes the window inaccessible!).
Actually, docking the log window to the right hand side,
closing the app and starting it again ends up maximizing the
log window, covering up all other windows.
You then need to drag the splitter from the top down to fix
the problem.
