The comments on url.c contain references to CURLOPT_MAX_*_PER_SECOND which don't seem to exist, or to have ever existed.

Also on http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html the units of measurement are missing.

Also this is completely off-topic but on "Latest News" on http://curl.haxx.se/ the date for "curl and libcurl 7.19.1" is wrong.
