CS-RCS OpenTool / News: Recent posts

I copied up the version 0.9 release a few days ago.

This release is pretty much functionality-complete, with full support for handling multiple files and packages at once, as well as project-level commands. There are a few final issues to work out before the 1.0 release -- read through the release notes and let me know what you think.

The opentool has reached a "useful" stage, so I created this project and posted the current version. There aren't any real bugs, but I plan on adding in various new features before the 1.0 release.
