#5 Required LibXML Features

I was trying to build a minimal system for a possible
embedded project. It looks like libxml needs be
configured with (at least)

--with-sax1 --with-tree --with-xpath

in order for csoap to build. I haven't yet tried
building any application that uses either of these.
That's just what I've found building the libraries.

It might be convienent to mention this in the INSTALL
or README files.
