#79 unable to open display

I'm using ssh to connect to a remote server and covnc on my Mac
with OS 10.3. Connecting is ok but I can't get my remote display
to appear or acknowledge my local machine. Below is a sample
of errors I get. I've tried display 0 and 1, same result. Any ideas
