#37 Keys locale

I've an italian keyboard and i the mapping for some keys isn't
correct. I.e. : "č" show "e" (the [ in american keyboard), i can't
type symbols that i use with alt and so on.
The server is a tighvnc 1.2.8 for unix configured for italian locale
(no problems with other win32 viewers)

Seem on all non-US-keyboards ...

On german keyboard (Y and Z are switched) and most non-alphanum
keys cannot be used.

Resolved for Chicken 2.0b3, as well as it can be. Make sure that the
server is also using the keymapping you wish to use.
