This adds support for the RichCursor encoding. This renders the remote cursor locally; that is, the cursor is rendered locally, but the image for the cursor is sent by the server. This significantly improves perceived performance. Only the 16bit implementation has been tested. Requires blank Source/CursorEncodingReader.m/.h to diff to.
