#98 Full screen mode should not blank all other monitors
When placing a VNC session in full screen mode, on a
2-monitor setup, the software blanks out the other
screen to straight black. When using VNC at a matched
resolution to another PC, full screen mode is
practically a requirement, but it's also usually
necessary to switch between windows.
