#85 Login Window in "Windows" menu

It'd sure be nice if there was a way to make the Login
Window come & go at the user's direction. Currently,
if I use the Login Window to open a connection, then
later close the connection, there's no longer a Login
Window to work with.

I'd argue that a better interface would be to have the
Login Window (normally) open in the background at all
times -- and have it listed in the Windows menu (so a
quick trip to the menu would bring it to the top). Add
some sort of a toggling "Display Login Window" item in
that menu, and folks could choose for themselves if
they wanted the Login Window around all the time, some
times, or never.
