#100 Track remote cursor locally

I've tried both, the tightvnc viewer and chicken. tightvnc has a ways better
cursor handling when you check the "track remote cursor locally". so, this
is what I would suggest to include!

p.s. chicken is faster! (though I liked tightvnc showing parts of the results
which makes it feel faster)

I would find this very helpful as well - the only problem I have with Chicken is the speed of cursor updates. In TightVNC, this seems to completely solve that problem.

If I get a chance, I may take a look at the code and see if I can get this working. If I do, I will send you a patch with my changes.
