#201 Color problems MacIntel

COTVNC only works in millions of colors on iMac Intel (24")

When the color is changed in the Profile manager to
- 256 Colors, the remote screen is garbled
- thousands of colors, the remote screen is black

Only millions of colors work fine, but is slow for a WAN connection.

OSX 10.4.8
COTVNC v 2.0b4
