#111 passwords are remembered even when asked not to

In the VNC Login window, there is a checkbox to remember
the password for a host. If this box is unchecked, COTVNC
should not remember the password for the host, but it
remembers until COTNVC is quit. It should forget once the
connection has been made. I use COTVNC throughout the
day, and sometimes forget to quit between sessions. This
exposes me to a security risk.
