#10 Consolidate autoconf/automake patches

Consolidates the previous 4 patches so a single patch
can be applied to the pmars-0.9.2 release of 24 Dec
2000. Includes small fixes as minor changes in patch
440627 were getting lost. Also added check for usleep().

ONLY worth getting if you want to use automake &
autoconf to make a ./configure file for installation
(e.g if trying to build for a distribution). Otherwise
use offical pmars-0.9.2 download (easy).

To apply untar pmars-0.9.2 (with tar -z -xvf ), cd into
the pmars-0.9.2 directory and
patch -Np1 -Z <pmars-0.9.2-01May05.patch

then:
$ aclocal
$ autoconf
$ autoheader
$ automake -a

then:
./configure --help
